Robert Clark, CEO
Robert Clark started his career as a sales executive
with Moore Business Forms in Canada and subsequently became responsible
for directing all marketing and sales activities for the 47 Moore
Companies and Licensees outside of North America. For seven years of
this last activity he was based in The Hague and London UK. In 1986, Mr.
Clark resigned from his position at Moore Corp and went on to found and
managed Erintec Management Corporation which financed, founded and
developed several companies engaged in many types of business. He is
also the founder and CEO of Meritum Corporation which is involved in
online communications systems. |

Renée Young, Controller
Renée Young is a well-rounded professional with diversified experience
in accounting, cash-flow management, performance reporting and financial
analysis. Renée holds a CGA designation and a Bachelor degree in
Psychology and Sociology. As an effective communicator, team-player and
problem-solver, Renée adds personality with financial in-depth knowledge
and business analysis skills to the team. |

Robert Spencer, Partner
Robert Spencer is a consultant and entrepreneur with more than 30 years
of senior management experience in domestic and international business.
Mr. Spencer started his career with Moore Business Forms in Toronto and
later transferred to Corporate Marketing at the US Head office in
Glenview Illinois. In 1980 he was appointed Regional Chief Executive for
Africa with responsibilities for all facets of the Moore Business Forms
companies in Africa and the development of International trading. In
1987 he formed a company to acquire Moore Business Forms' South African
operations, and in subsequent years added eight other companies; most in
computer related fields-gaining valuable experience with start-ups,
acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts. Since returning to the US, Mr.
Spencer has remained active with investments as diverse as food
supplements, real estate development, waste management, a hotel, oil
& gas exploration and an alternative energy company. |

Dave Sinofsky, Associate PartnerDave is a respected, Silicon Valley- based, senior sales and business development management figure with more than 30 years experience in the technology industry, having held leadership positions in wide-ranging environments from established, industry leaders to emerging, stealth start-ups. He was part of the team that drove Artisan Components, Inc. to its eventual acquisition by ARM Holdings, Inc., for approximately $980M. Dave has completed the Entrepreneurship and Startup Management program at University of California- Santa Cruz.
